If you are running late for an appointment, your treatment will end on time so that the next guest will not be delayed, and the full value of your service will apply. If you need to cancel, please honor our 24-hour advance notice policy to avoid charges. Group reservations require a 48-hour advance notice to ensure that we can accommodate your party. We require a credit card to reserve any appointments. We encourage our guests to call in advance to secure an appointment time with us. We provide a robe and slippers upon arrival for your service. You may wear whatever is most comfortable for you however, we do recommend removing your jewelry before your spa experience.
If you are extremely satisfied with your service, you may wish to leave a gratuity. Gratuities are not included in the price of the service, and are left to the discretion of the guest. You may also use this time to enjoy our Warming Rooms (saunas), a complimentary service for booking your appointment. To avoid feeling rushed and to allow plenty of time to unwind and change, please arrive a minimum of 30 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.
